[Yeah basically
they've been hanging out for a while kind of? like Gold would always sit around in Silver's office and stuff and he doesn't get much company and all
people gave him some time and attention when they're not busy with missions or hot boss problems or whatever
it really took off when they decided to start fighting with their kisses instead of their fists]
